Job Description

Address concerns and provide information for a positive experience. Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and referral sources. Convert leads into admissions through calls, emails, and meetings. Coordinate and provide personalized tours for prospective clients. Ensure seamless patient care and accommodate special requests. Collect feedback and participate in service enhancement initiatives. Maintain records in CRM and prepare reports on guest relations and lead conversion. Previous customer service or healthcare experience with strong communication skills. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Use relevant systems for managing records and communication efficiently. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
