You will be responsible for: - Greeting and welcoming guests warmly to ensure a luxurious spa experience. - Handling reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries in a professional manner. - Providing information on spa treatments, services, and promotions. - Coordinating with therapists and staff to ensure seamless guest service. - Addressing guest concerns and efficiently resolving complaints. - Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Qualifications & Skills required: - Previous experience in hospitality/spa/wellness is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in booking systems and basic computer skills. - Fluency in English Language is an advantage.
