Job Description

TRU Dwellings is looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a range of tasks, from customer service and sales support to administrative duties, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage customer relations by addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback, ensuring that follow-ups and resolutions are tracked.
  • Provide support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries and coordinating appointments for property viewings.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing guest bookings, and coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met promptly, including liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales teams.
  • Ensure the reception area and guest lounge are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage inventory of reception materials, brochures, refreshments, and other guest amenities, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including monitoring access control and visitor logs.
  • Support event coordination or special activities, ensuring that guest needs are managed efficiently during events.
  • Stay updated on local amenities and services to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills with the ability to build rapport and address concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or receptionist duties is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
