Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Service Excellence

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and their expectations are met or exceeded throughout their visit.
• Maintain high standards of etiquette, grooming, and hospitality at all times.

Relationship Management

• Build rapport with regular and VIP guests; maintain guest preference records.
• Collect guest feedback proactively and address concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate special arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate guests, and VIP visits.

Coordination & Operations

• Liaise with service staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate special guest requirements (dietary restrictions, allergies, seating preferences) to relevant teams.
• Assist in managing waitlists during peak hours while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Quality & Brand Standards

• Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor ambience, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area.
• Support management in maintaining fine-dining service protocols.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily guest interaction logs and feedback reports.
• Share insights on guest preferences and service improvements with management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
