Guest Relation Executive

As a Guest Relationship Executive at our leading restaurant in C.P, Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist guests, manage reservations, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive guest experience throughout their visit. Your key responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner, efficiently managing reservations, and optimizing guest seating arrangements. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and enhance their overall experience. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and provide outstanding service. This is a full-time and permanent position with benefits such as provided food and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts, with the work location being in person at the restaurant in C.P, Delhi.
