Role Objective
To create a warm and inviting atmosphere by being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless seating arrangements, efficient reservation management, and an overall superior guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
· Escort guests to tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.
· Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
· Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely.
· Follow grooming standards and maintain professional appearance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
· Minimum 10th pass.
· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality preferred.
Experience
· 0–2 years in hospitality/customer service (freshers may be considered).
Skills & Attributes
· Excellent verbal communication in English [local language knowledge is a plus]
· Pleasant personality, confident, and approachable.
· Strong interpersonal and conflict-handling skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional grooming, hygiene, and body language.
· Service-oriented with good team spirit.
