About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, engaging, and service-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to be a part of our pre-opening team. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience by offering personalized service and attention to detail from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
• Handle guest queries, special requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure a seamless and delightful guest experience.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of resort services, events, and local attractions.
• Collect guest feedback and take proactive steps to resolve any concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
• Assist VIP and long-stay guests with personalized services.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Experience in pre-opening properties will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
• Familiarity with PMS software like Opera, IDS, or similar.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance.

Pay: ₹9,040.39 - ₹36,851.54 per month
