Guest Outreach Intern

Location: Remote | Internship | Stipend/Certificate provided

Schoolcast with Avyakt is the world’s first podcast dedicated to school education, with 23+ episodes and over 11 million views across platforms. We host conversations with principals, school owners, edtech founders, teachers, students, and thought leaders—sparking powerful discussions about the future of learning.

We are now looking for a passionate Guest Outreach Intern to join our growing team and help us bring more inspiring voices to the podcast.

• Research and identify potential podcast guests (school leaders, educators, edtech entrepreneurs, motivational speakers, influencers, etc.)
• Manage guest outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and WhatsApp
• Draft compelling outreach messages and invitations aligned with our brand voice
• Maintain and update the Guest Database (Google Sheets / CRM tools)
• Coordinate schedules between podcast team and confirmed guests
• Assist in pre-episode briefing, ensuring guests are well-prepared
• Track outreach performance and suggest improvements

• Strong interest in education, media, or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; Hindi is a plus)
• Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Creative thinker with the ability to personalize outreach
• Prior experience in outreach, sales, PR, or podcasting is a bonus (not mandatory)

• Internship Duration: 3 months (extendable)
• Time Commitment: 10–15 hours per week (flexible, remote)
