Guest House Caretaker

As a Male Guest House Caretaker, your role will involve managing and maintaining our company guest house in Thrissur, Kerala. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the guest house is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times. - Regularly cleaning and maintaining all furniture and fixtures in the guest house. - Changing and laundering bed sheets, towels, and other linens as required. Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the bedrooms and common areas. - Organizing laundry services for staff staying in the guest house, including washing, drying, and ironing as needed. - Arranging and managing any other requirements related to the upkeep and smooth operation of the guest house. - Ability to drive will be an added advantage for running errands or managing other related tasks. Qualifications required for this position: - Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of cleaning and laundry procedures. - Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
