Guest Coordinator

As a part of Victory Channel team, your role will involve coordinating and scheduling guests for shows, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, and assisting in the development and execution of content. Additionally, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the TV show and providing production assistance during content acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule guests for Victory Channel shows - Maintain hospitality by greeting, checking in, and serving guests courteously - Coordinate travel accommodations for guests and crew - Provide administrative support for content development and execution - Assist in executing creative ideas, writing copy, and researching material - Develop and maintain show formats, distributing to crew on production days - Coordinate offers and contact information with the Communications Dept. - Document source information, network storage paths, ordering transcripts, and filing music cue sheets - Update programming projections and communicate with talent, crew, staff, and vendors - Assist in video and audio post sessions as required - Review and confirm quality and accuracy of programs for all outlets - Provide production assistance during content acquisition Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using production equipment and tools - Attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes - Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous To apply for this position, please send your updated CV to Mr. Pushpendra V, HR Manager, at hr.sudarshannews@gmail.com.
