As we continue to integrate AI and automation into our workflows, we are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to bridge the gap between our AI-driven solutions and market adoption. This role will focus on deploying AI technologies, collaborating with clients to tailor solutions to their needs, and driving successful implementation to enhance efficiency, optimize data analysis, and improve decision-making processes.

GTM (Go-to-Market) Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Product Enablement & Sales Support

• Work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
• Develop sales enablement materials, such as demos, case studies, and technical documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they understand product capabilities.

Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales Support

• Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
• Perform product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Address technical objections and provide solutions to customer pain points.

Product Positioning & Market Fit

• Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and engineers to refine the products value proposition.
• Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to improve the product.
• Assist in defining competitive differentiation strategies.

Automation & Scalability

• Develop tools, scripts, and workflows to improve sales efficiency and onboarding processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks to streamline the GTM motion.

Post-Sales Support & Customer Success

• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Work with customer success teams to optimize product adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, and automation tools) and their practical applications in business environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or scripting languages for integration and customization of AI-driven solutions.
• Experience in bringing AI-driven products to market, working closely with customers to deploy and integrate solutions.
• Understanding of M&A, private equity, and investment banking workflows is a strong advantage. Experience with financial data analysis, transaction modeling, or advisory services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven efficiencies.
