Job Description

The GST Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including preparation, filing, Registration, Return Filling, Refund, reconciliation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) And Also Prepare GST Registration & GST Refunds .
Manage GST payments, refunds, and adjustments.
Handle vendor reconciliation for GST mismatches and coordinate with vendors for corrections.
Maintain proper documentation for all GST transactions and audits.
Stay updated with amendments, notifications, and circulars issued under the GST Act.
Assist in responding to GST departmental notices and queries.
Support internal and statutory audits related to indirect tax.

The TDS Executive is responsible for managing all Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) related activities, ensuring timely deduction, payment, and return filing in accordance with Income Tax laws. This role ensures full compliance and proper record maintenance for TDS transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Calculate and deduct TDS on payments such as salaries, contractors, rent, professional fees, etc.
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16 & Form 16A).
Reconcile TDS deducted and deposited with books of accounts.
Manage TDS payments within statutory due dates.
Handle TDS-related queries from vendors, employees, and auditors.
Keep track of changes in TDS rates and amendments in tax laws.
Support tax audits and income tax assessments as required.
