Job Description

As an Application Test Expert for Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Building Operation software solution in Bangalore, you will be part of the Global Sustain Team, which is a Level four support team responsible for addressing complex customer site issues. Your role involves deep technical problem analysis and may also include software development based on your background. Your primary responsibility is to acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Schneider Electric Digital Buildings products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct deep technical problem analysis for EcoStruxure Building Operation software - Collaborate with the Global Product Support team to resolve complex customer site issues - Interact directly with global VIP customers to address their specific needs - Acquire and maintain profound knowledge of Schneider Electric Digital Buildings products and solutions - Potentially engage in software development activities as necessary Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or extensive experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, or application design for Building Management Systems - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - 5+ years of experience with intelligent Building Management Systems (BMS) acquired through extensive fieldwork on any manufacturer's BMS - Preferred experience with open protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, Zigbee, TCP/IP, and MQTT - Knowledge of Windows-based PC hardware/software and networking technology is preferred - Familiarity with embedded/Linux systems, both hardware and software, is advantageous If you are someone who is straightforward, open, passionate, and willing to challenge the status quo, Schneider Electric welcomes your application.
