The Digital Buildings Business unit at Schneider Electric focuses on providing intelligent building management solutions that enable customers to create productive and comfortable environments for occupants, reduce energy consumption, and optimize building operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Global Sustain Team as an Application Test Expert for our EcoStruxure Building Operation software solution in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth technical problem analysis, which may also involve software development based on your background. Your primary duty will be to acquire and expand your knowledge of Schneider Electric Digital Buildings products and solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or extensive experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, or application design for Building Management Systems. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Minimum of 5 years of experience with intelligent Building Management Systems (BMS) gained through extensive fieldwork on any manufacturer's BMS. - Experience with open protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, Zigbee, TCP/IP, MQTT is preferred. - Knowledge of Windows-based PC hardware/software and networking technology is desirable. - Familiarity with embedded/Linux systems, both hardware and software, is a plus.
