Description
As a Partner Sales Account Manager with our Global Ecosystem Sales team at Red Hat in Delhi or Bengaluru, you will have the exciting opportunity to guide executive interactions, sales development, and go-to-market alignment with our partners. Your primary responsibility will be to create partnership plans that drive partner success through the development of effective go-to-market strategies. Collaboration with the solution architect team will be essential to develop sustainable partner solution offerings using Red Hat technology that cover infrastructure to cloud applications and services. You will leverage your knowledge of SaaS business models to articulate the value of subscription services to key partners. Additionally, maintaining consistent communication with Red Hat regions and creating visibility within Red Hat and with partners on partnership opportunities will be crucial. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Developing and executing a global system integrator (GSI) alliance strategy and business plan - Establishing and nurturing executive relationships with key GSI partners - Representing Red Hat and GSI alliances at internal and external events as a subject matter expert - Serving as an escalation point to resolve field conflicts and drive mutual business growth - Leading the development and communication of partnership performance analysis - Coordinating training and enablement plans for partner service delivery teams - Driving incremental Red Hat sales through joint go-to-market efforts and commercial success To be successful in this role, you should possess: - Over 10 years of experience in alliances, business development, sales, and product management - Proven track record of leading virtual teams and delivering results - Knowledge of Red Hat, open source, Linux, Middleware, cloud, and other software technologies - Excellent communication skills to enhance collaboration across geographies and business functions - Strong planning and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex situations - Ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions - Ideally, a Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering About Red Hat: Red Hat is a global leader in enterprise open source software solutions, leveraging a community-powered approach to deliver cutting-edge technologies in Linux, cloud, containers, and Kubernetes.
