Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a GSA - Housekeeping position. The primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry services, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, effective communication with guests and team members, and receiving and fulfilling guest requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to provide effective Training to team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
