Role Overview: As a team member at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, your main responsibility will be to follow company policies and procedures, report any accidents or unsafe work conditions, and maintain a clean and professional appearance. You will be expected to welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Additionally, you will be required to speak using clear and professional language and develop positive working relationships with your team members. Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods of time may be necessary, as well as moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Your role may also involve performing other reasonable job duties as requested by your supervisors.
