As a member of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests are welcomed and acknowledged according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation. It will be crucial for you to speak using clear and professional language, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and develop positive working relationships with your team to achieve common goals. Your duties will also include complying with company policies and procedures, reporting any accidents or unsafe work conditions to your manager, and maintaining the cleanliness and professionalism of your uniform and personal appearance. Confidentiality of proprietary information and protection of company assets will be of utmost importance. Additionally, you will be expected to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, as well as move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Flexibility to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors is essential. The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. While no related work experience or supervisory experience is required, possessing clear communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse team will be advantageous.
