Role Overview: As a member of the Food and Beverage team at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, your main responsibility will be to complete closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the work areas. You will also be required to set up, stock, and maintain work areas, inspect the cleanliness of china, glass, and silverware, and follow clean-as-you-go procedures.
