Growth Specialist - Secured Credit

Location: Chennai/Remote Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a Growth Specialist who will be the face of Finsire to prospective borrowers. Your mission is not just to call and convert customers, but to actively participate in growth planning, funnel building, and book expansion. This is a high-impact role combining customer engagement with strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Own the full conversion lifecycle: contact eligible leads, follow up with interested customers, and guide users to complete the loan journey Create and analyze conversion funnel charts across lead categories Build insights around customer personas and behaviors Track distributor-wise funnel performance and highlight action areas Work with the Growth & Partnerships team to project and budget monthly book growth Ensure fast, professional, and persuasive communication over calls and WhatsApp Understand and explain product benefits (e.g., better than personal loans, quick access, digital ease) Reconnect with customers who dropped off or postponed action, with structured follow-ups (first, second, third attempts) Track and improve funnel metrics across eligibility, pledge, completion, and withdrawal stages What We're Looking For: Excellent spoken English and Hindi Strong persuasion, follow-up, and objection-handling skills Data-driven mindset ability to work with Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of customers quickly Bonus: Knowledge of loans, credit products, or mutual funds Bonus: Prior experience in Sales and Marketing What Youll Get: Opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech and build a core customer-facing playbook Work with cross-functional teams and impact revenue growth directly Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Tools, guidance, and support from a high-energy founding team
