Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Software Developer (Java) with strong hands-on experience in building modular, microservices-based applications within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Solution Architect to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions focused on credit products, mutual funds, and loan origination systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Solution Architect and cross-functional teams to implement Java-based backend systems. Build, enhance, and maintain a modular loan origination system for various credit instruments. Develop and deploy microservices using Spring Boot, following best practices and design principles. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Integrate services with external APIs and databases. Contribute to improving system scalability, reliability, and security. Stay updated with emerging technologies in the BFSI and Java ecosystems. Required Skills & Qualifications: 49 years of experience in Java/J2EE development. Proficient in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Experience in developing systems for the BFSI sector, preferably in credit or mutual fund domains. Familiarity with modular architectural patterns and scalable backend systems. Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Nice to Have: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
