Senior Software Developer (Java)

You should have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in object-oriented application building in a professional setting. Your responsibilities will include owning one or more modules, planning and executing development and deployment of system features, and recommending software solutions for financial needs. Additionally, you will be developing modules, conducting design and code reviews, and delegating coding tasks to junior Java developers. It is essential to have a deep understanding of relational databases like MySQL, strong coding skills in Java, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development cycles. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a good grasp of design patterns and Object-Oriented Programming principles. Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, GWT, Google Guice, and MongoDB is desirable, along with experience working with REST APIs, AJAX, and asynchronous programming. Exposure to Cloud Ecosystems, particularly AWS, and the Finance domain will be beneficial. A strong foundation in Mathematics and Statistics, preferably with a BE or BTech degree or equivalent, is preferred. The salary package offered is as per industry standards.
