What You'll Do

As an

Inside Sales Associate

, you'll be a key piece of our revenue engine. In this role, you will:

• Close high-intent inbound leads driven by our marketing team
• Deepen relationships with existing clients and grow their accounts
• Deliver an exceptional experience on every call and email
• Own your pipeline, hit your goals, and help drive the team's performance

Who Thrives Here

• Have 03 years of B2B sales experience (freshers welcome!)
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (written + verbal)
• Are comfortable using CRMs like Salesforce or are eager to learn
• Can maintain a neutral accent for smooth conversations with U.S. clients
• Stay proactive, organized, and calm - even when things get hectic
• Love solving problems and don't shy away from ambitious targets
