Growth Marketing Specialist (CRM & Mobile)

You will be joining Maker Lab, a marketing agency focused on building decentralized technology-led agency teams in collaboration with clients. As a Growth Marketing Specialist (CRM & Mobile), your main responsibilities will involve developing user insights, understanding consumer journeys, and creating scalable communication channels through CRM and Mobile technology to enhance the growth strategy. This role will provide you with exposure across various marketing functions, with a particular focus on growth marketing. **Role Overview:** - Manage a scalable marketing communications platform through strategic and data-led CRM programs and product feature roll-outs - Plan and develop a content calendar (push notifications, email, in-app) monthly, including managing content suggestions intake from internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams on content creation, including message positioning, asset creation, target group development, and engineering requirements - Own the end-to-end process from inception to deployment for push notifications, emails, and in-app communications - Report on performance metrics and work with the analytics team on reporting KPIs - Maintain expectations with stakeholders and meet key deadlines effectively **Key Responsibilities:** - BA/BS degree, or relevant work experience - 5+ years of experience in email, push notification, in-app marketing, CRM, or marketing campaign management - Experience in high-growth, technology-led organizations, ideally with fintech exposure - Experience with mobile app and growth marketing/hacking - Experience with CRM marketing technology preferred - Previous experience using SQL for growth and marketing analytics - Ability to coordinate and provide information to cross-functional teams clearly - Data-driven mindset to convert data into valuable business decisions - Strong project and stakeholder management skills - Copywriting skills are desired - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, ideally fluent in another Asian language **Additional Details:** Maker Lab values high standards and a talent-centric mindset, focusing on collaboration with clients to deliver exceptional results.
