As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO) , youll be the face of one of Indias most ambitious career success initiatives for IITians. You will lead everything student-focused at your campusfrom driving adoption of career-defining tools to mentoring juniors, managing campus ambassadors, and overseeing test centers. Your mission: Ensure IIT students unlock their highest career potential with NxtWave. Youll also be the bridge between the ground and the central team constantly gathering insights from students, sharing feedback, and helping improve our offerings and products to make a bigger impact. Your Responsibilities Lead Student Success: Drive career outcomes for students through structured mentorship, campaigns, and tools. Manage Teams: Recruit, guide, and lead student ambassadors across batches and departments. Run Ops On-Ground: Oversee test center operations and all NxtWave-driven activities near your campus. Launch Initiatives: Plan and execute mock interviews, test series, hackathons, and career bootcamps on campus. Drive Adoption: Get every student to know, love, and benefit from NxtWaves career products. Gather Feedback: Capture on-ground insights, identify gaps, and share structured feedback with central teams to refine offerings.
