Experience: 3–5 years Location: Bhubaneswar Qualification: Minimum Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Communications preferred) Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end client servicing and communication. Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities. Drive upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Develop and maintain partnerships to support business growth. Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and reporting. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular growth performance reports. Requirements: Strong understanding of marketing, sales funnels, and business development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals. Ability to think strategically and work under pressure. Prior experience in events, advertising, or agency background preferred.
