Growth Manager

The positions available are Key Account Manager (B2B) and Growth Manager in locations such as Delhi, NCR, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Dehradun, and Chennai. The salary range for the roles is from 5.5 LPA to 10 LPA, depending on interview performance. The interview dates are starting from 1st August 2025, and the joining date is after 15th August 2025. The interview locations include Pune Office, Gurugram Office, and Online for remote candidates. As a Key Account Manager (B2B) and Growth Manager, your responsibilities will involve overseeing and managing B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities. You will ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated region, working on strategies to onboard new clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. You will also lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, provide necessary training and support to clients, and maintain CRM systems to track progress and client issues. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion, with prior experience in managing B2B accounts within the education sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities, knowledge of the EdTech industry, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential for this role.
