Role Overview:

As a Growth Intern, youll work with the founding team, managing and executing critical tasks that enable the growth of the company and help the leadership team to focus effectively on product development and strategy. This role provides a unique opportunity to experience the full breadth of startup operations, from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate information and activity tracking.
• Documentation & Communication: Create and manage technical documentation, company presentations, and internal reports.
• Operations Management: Streamline administrative processes, manage records, coordinate operational tasks, and ensure organizational efficiency.
• Lead or support strategic projects and ad-hoc assignments directly delegated by founders, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
• Special Projects & Problem-Solving: Support leadership with special projects like research, stakeholder coordination, client onboarding, or deck creation.

Who You Are:

• A final year student or a fresh graduate.
• Brownie points for having experience with organising events and fests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
• Comfortable handling objections and managing rejection positively.
• A dynamic, highly adaptable individual comfortable with rapidly changing priorities.
• Someone who thrives in a startup environment, eager to learn and grow by managing diverse tasks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously.
