What You’ll Do • Own Analytics: Set up, manage, and optimize Mixpanel for our mobile app, ensuring accurate event tracking and robust data collection. • Drive Insights: Analyze user journeys, funnels, and cohorts to uncover actionable insights that drive user growth, engagement, and retention. • Growth Experiments: Partner with product and marketing teams to design, implement, and measure A/B tests and growth experiments. • Reporting: Build intuitive dashboards and automated reports to democratize data and empower teams with real-time insights. • Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and recommendations for stakeholders. • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify new opportunities and data-driven strategies to improve product performance and user experience. What We’re Looking For • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a mobile-first product environment. • Proven expertise in Mixpanel (event tracking, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, and custom dashboards). • Strong understanding of mobile app analytics (iOS & Android). • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for custom data analysis. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation. • Excellent communication skills-you can make data accessible and actionable for everyone. • Bonus: Experience with other analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio) and a passion for petcare or health-tech.
