Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing experiments: - Transforming initial concepts into testable pilot projects. - Formulating hypotheses, creating test frameworks, defining metrics, and iterating quickly with documented insights. - Managing projects across various stakeholders: - Overseeing timelines, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and coordination among teams from marketing, operations, product, training, and external partners. - Integrating marketing strategies: - Applying marketing knowledge in areas like funnels, creative content, messaging, and both digital and offline campaign executions. - Collaborating with the marketing team or directly leading campaigns for specific endeavors. - Solving problems creatively and prototyping rapidly: - Applying fundamental principles to tackle ambiguous issues. - Being adaptable to refining solutions with incomplete data, vague directives, or unconventional tools. - Tracking performance and facilitating learning cycles: - Establishing dashboards, feedback mechanisms, or cohort-based evaluations as needed. - Extracting insights, conducting post-mortems, and creating internal documentation or playbooks from each experiment. - Orchestrating cross-functional efforts: - Navigating through various departments, from briefing designers to aligning operations, coordinating with external consultants, and involving founders when essential. - Serving as the unifying force among diverse contributors. - Demonstrating a bias for action and end-to-end ownership: - Taking charge of the entire process. - Scoping out the pilot, initiating documentation, executing necessary tasks, and ensuring timely completion without unnecessary delays or approvals. Qualifications required for this role: - 3-6 years of experience in a startup or high-growth environment, preferably in a versatile or cross-functional capacity. - Profound comprehension of marketing principles encompassing performance channels, campaign strategies, messaging, and positioning. - Proven project management capabilities with adeptness in handling multiple responsibilities and engaging with various stakeholders efficiently. - Comfort with operating in dynamic, fast-paced settings with ill-defined challenges. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective briefing, persuasion, and synthesis. - Additional credit if you have prior involvement in scaling initiatives, go-to-market trials, or strategic collaborations.,
