Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic client-facing professional who leverages deep Retail Merchandising knowledge and provides data-driven insights to drive value for B2B partnerships. Functions as the primary source between clients and internal technical teams, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive timely solution delivery. Responsibilities: 1. Platform Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our software platform to communicate effectively and document functionalities and insights for clients. 2. Data Intelligence: Deliver powerful AI and data-driven insights to consultants and senior team members, enhancing client engagement and strategic decision-making processes. 3. Client Relationship Management: Promptly address and resolve daily client queries, ensuring smooth operations through exceptional service delivery. 4. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate strategically with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other departments to align workflows, track requirements, and ensure timely delivery of solutions, serving as a crucial bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your Impact: You'll significantly enhance our client satisfaction and retention by translating technical capabilities into business value through data-driven insights. Requirements: 1. Minimum 6 months of work experience in an analytical role, preferably in the Retail industry. 2. Good mathematical acumen, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication skills. 4. Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).
