Title: Growth Manager / Performance Marketing Manager

Location:

Role Overview

As the Growth Manager, you will lead the performance marketing and customer growth strategy across digital platforms. You will directly manage marketing agencies and creative partners, own the D2C funnel performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, understands consumer behavior, and can balance creative storytelling with analytical rigor to scale a fast-growing D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Own and execute the paid marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
    • Drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV. • Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment on KPIs and growth goals. • Plan and execute campaigns for new launches, festive seasons, and micro-events.

2. Funnel Optimization & Retention

  • Analyze and improve the complete D2C funnel from awareness to repeat purchase.
    • Collaborate with product and BI teams to identify drop-offs and conversion levers. • Partner with CRM and retention channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive repeat sales.

3. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor key performance metrics daily and drive insights-based optimizations.
    • Use data visualization tools like Power BI / Looker to track and present growth KPIs. • Work closely with the BI team to experiment, test hypotheses, and scale what works.

4. Creative & Brand Alignment

  • Lead a small internal creative pod to churn out ad and website assets.
    • Ensure all creatives are aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives. • Test different content formats to identify high-performing creatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 3–5 years of experience in D2C growth or performance marketing roles. • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends and delivering high ROI. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Klaviyo, and CRM tools. • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data dashboards and Excel/Sheets. • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks. • Experience in creative briefing and campaign storytelling for digital-first brands. • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Mixpanel, or Looker Studio is a plus.
