Growth Analyst Intern

As a Growth Intern at our company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing data-backed strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your key responsibilities will include assisting internal teams in understanding business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, supporting the creation and execution of growth strategies across various channels such as paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnerships, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth campaigns, monitor their performance, analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness using tools like GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms. Additionally, you will contribute to A/B testing ideas, campaign optimizations, stay updated with digital marketing trends, creative strategies, growth hacks, learn and contribute to conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and support in client communication, documentation, and team coordination. We are looking for candidates who are pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A strong interest in digital marketing, brand growth, and analytics is essential. Basic understanding of tools like GA4, Hubspot, or VWO is a plus (training will be provided). A curious mindset with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas, good communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and a creative thinker who enjoys experimenting and problem-solving are qualities we value.
