Growth Analyst / Brand Management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Work with the team on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Support brand management activities including promotions, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Engage with customers via online channels to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, product) for campaign execution.

Requirements

• MBA (Marketing/General Management) – 2024/2025 pass-outs preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce growth strategies.
• Good knowledge (academic/project level) of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹47,557.11 per month
