Group Manager - Transactional Quality

The job involves aiding in the identification and utilization of new market opportunities by implementing effective Quality Assurance strategies and forming partnerships that bring strategic value to the business. You will be responsible for recognizing potential efficiencies for clients through the application of lean six sigma analytics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), leading a team of QA Managers to ensure transactional quality meets contractual obligations. Managing all project aspects including solution identification, development, execution, and timely achievement within set budgets will be crucial. Your role will also require the creation of diverse strategies, negotiation with internal and external partners, and the development of innovative business approaches and technologies for various departments and clients. Crafting business cases, making recommendations on benefits, financials, risks, contractual requirements, and assessing the long-term sustainability of initiatives will be a key aspect. You will engage in complex change management by fostering collaboration and influencing stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the BPO and ITES sectors, strong business acumen, and a result-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to create compelling presentations and business cases. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including experience in dealing with senior executives, are highly valued. Previous involvement in leading continuous improvement projects is advantageous. A high level of self-motivation, proactivity, and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills in an evolving role are desirable qualities. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate degree, along with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.,
