Group Loan Officer

As a Field Officer, your role involves implementing field-level activities, monitoring project progress, collecting data, and engaging with community members or stakeholders. You will be required to conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate project activities, liaise with local stakeholders, community members, or partners, and collect, compile, and submit field data and reports in a timely manner. It is essential to ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards, provide support in planning and organizing field operations or events, and identify challenges or issues in the field for timely resolution. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of field activities, attendance, or inventory and acting as a point of contact between the organization and the community are crucial responsibilities. Participation in training, workshops, or meetings as required is also part of your duties.
