Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of all Utility generation and ensure continuous availability of Utility services to Production Plants as per specifications.
To ensure efficient energy consumption for production of Utility services & maintain records of the same.
To support HOD with data in budgeting the yearly utility generation costs.
To control and report production cost of utilities.
Monthly reporting of Utility generation and services analysis.
To ensure that the Utility output of plant meets all specified process parameters.
Responsible for maintaining cost of Utility generation.
Responsible for all QMS work related to Utility section.
Analyses of the preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs and revise the schedules accordingly.
Implementation and monitoring the departmental & quality System SOP related to Utility section.
Maintaining the minimum spares inventory of spares to meet the day-to-day maintenance in mechanical.
Execution of planned capex and related documentation.
Conducting the Routine Validation Test for HVAC system, Compressed air system and Water System.
Co-ordination with Projects for New Expansion & Modification works.
