Plan the project, distribute and monitor the performance of installation engineers.
Supervise and control the tasks of new installation and modernizations.
Assembly - Supervise the execution the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies and documentation. Ensure Process implementation and improvements (Pull, Site readiness, Audits etc)
Regular follow up on site updates and WIPs.
Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues. - Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning.
Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team.
Work proactively to avoid fire fighting and control cycle time.
Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality .
