Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Group Leader with strong expertise in LiDAR, Labelling, and Data Annotation. The ideal candidate must have previously worked as a Team Leader (TL) or Subject Matter Expert (SME) and should have led large teams while delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 50+ associates working on LiDAR and labelling projects.
Oversee daily operations, performance management, and productivity metrics.
Ensure accuracy, quality checks, and timely delivery of LiDAR project outputs.
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Troubleshoot project challenges and ensure high operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in the BPO industry.
Strong LiDAR and Labelling domain knowledge.
Prior experience handling end-to-end LiDAR projects.
Proven experience working as a Team Leader (TL) or SME.
Ability to manage and motivate a large team of 50+ members.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Must be an immediate joiner or have up to 30 days notice period.
