Job Description

To assist in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective functioning of Maintenance Department across all units and new projects.
Responsible for Restoration / Renovation / Customization and all Repairs & Maintenance related activities under the Hospital.
Responsible for Budgeting & Costing, NABH protocols, Audit related group level activites.
Responsibility for the progress of developmental projects at units.
Coordinating with all unit manager of Maintenance Department to ensure qualitative maintenance services.
Handling issues related to developmental projects.
Working out cost-effective factors in maintenance expenditure.
Preparing budgets for developmental projects as well as Maintenance Department.
Ensuring proper implementation of SOPs across units.
Conducting training programmes for building competency of associates.
Any other responsibilities entrusted by the Corporate Office

Preferably looking for candidates from a hospital background.
