Role & responsibilities

Own the strategic growth of multiple client accounts
Partner with Creative and Strategy leads to shape big ideas and smart execution
Guide, review, and elevate all client communications and deliverables
Build and scale teams while championing professional development
Lead performance reviews, forecast planning, and budget allocations
Be a key escalation point for internal and client challenges

56 years of experience in Account Management
Strong working knowledge of GenAI tools, Notion, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms to enhance team productivity and deliver results more effectively.
Expertise in brand building and multi-platform campaign execution
Ability to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day operations
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record in client retention and organic growth
A leadership-first mindset with a drive to build culture and capability
