Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling ground staff, ticket executive, and cabin crew duties. A pleasing personality and excellent communication skills are required for this role. You should have a Bachelor's degree or be a 10th or 12th pass candidate, preferably with 1 to 5 years of experience in the tourism industry. Proficiency in using booking/reservation systems such as Sabre, Abacus, and Amadeus is necessary. Additionally, possessing certificates of Abacus and Amadeus, as well as a Certificate of Passenger Service, is preferred. Fluency in English or Hindi, along with Microsoft Office and computer skills, is essential. You should have strong domestic and international ticketing experience, especially with international flights. Outstanding sales, organizational, communication, and writing skills are required. Moreover, you must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills across various cultures, high standards of customer service, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capacities. Being a quick learner, proactive, creative, and passionate about the travel industry is essential for this role. The salary for this position ranges from 18,000 to 55,000/- in Hand, and free home pick-up & drop cabs are provided. Possession of a passport is mandatory.
