Job Overview: As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to airline passengers and crew members at Kangra Airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport, and you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Coordinate with airline staff and other ground staff to ensure timely departure of flights
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Perform security checks and screenings as per airport regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and facilities
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure smooth operation of the airport Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred
