Ground Operations Executive

As a Ground Operations Executive, your role will involve coordinating and managing vendor visits to ensure smooth operations related to samples, production, and goods dispatch. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting daily visits to all assigned vendors to oversee ongoing operations. - Monitoring and following up on samples, production schedules, and dispatch status. - Ensuring vendors adhere to agreed timelines and quality standards. - Providing regular updates and reports on vendor activities, production progress, and dispatch details to the Executive/Manager. - Identifying and escalating any issues or delays to ensure timely resolution. - Maintaining strong professional relationships with vendors to streamline operations. - Supporting the management team in ensuring smooth coordination between vendors and internal teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in operations, vendor management, or logistics is an advantage. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Ability to travel daily and work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. If you have experience in merchandising for at least 1 year and proficiency in Tamil, you are preferred for this role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
