Grinding Operator - Manufacturing Industry

• Strong experience in defining product specifications, including dimensions and tolerances.
• Skilled in programming and setting up grinding operations using FANUC controls.
• Actively monitor production processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions or quality issues, escalating critical problems to supervisors as needed.
• Implement process optimizations to streamline operations and reduce cycle time.
• Extensive knowledge of cutting wheels, speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying GD&T principles.
• Capable of studying engineering drawings and translating them into effective manufacturing processes.
• Experienced in handling and using various precision measuring instruments.
• Well-versed in 5S and Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement and workplace efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
