Green Building Facilitator

You are being sought after by KDS for the position of Green Building Facilitator in Mumbai. With 3-4 years of experience, your role would involve: - Executing a comprehensive Green Building Pre-Assessment, including preparing checklists and delivering Feasibility Reports with design advisement. - Overseeing the review and coordination of necessary documentation for Green Building Certification to ensure regulatory compliance. - Generating detailed reports documenting the findings of green building Certification. - Demonstrating proficiency in conducting Third Party Assessments & Reviews. Facilitating and participating in training sessions for technical staff, fostering continuous learning and incorporation of innovative technologies for enhanced product delivery. To be considered for this role, you should possess: - M.Arch. with proficiency in Green Building.
