Summary: This role is designed for experienced Green Building Consultant / Facilitation professionals with expertise in Green Building projects. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of LEED/IGBC or GRIHA Green Building Rating Systems across various typologies. Identify avenues for business development of Green Building certification and Testing & Commissioning services. Plan and attend events, exhibitions and do networking. Gather market information through various primary & secondary research. Prepare business review presentations Set up meeting with prospective clients. Coordinate with technical team to understand the various rating systems. Be updated about the happenings in Green building and sustainability field. Make presentations to clients and generate enquiries. Reply to RFPs, prepare offers to be sent to client. Attend negotiation meetings and bag orders. Liason with IGBC and GBCI teams to generate leads through them. Maintain database of clients met, offers sent, orders bagged etc. KRA: Handle Business Development for Green Building certification and Testing & Commissioning services for West zone. Handle Marketing initiatives for the Green Building certification, Testing & Commissioning and IFC Product. Complete handling of social media platforms planning & coordinating for creating content, managing traffic and analytics. Generate leads through various sources Cold callings, digital marketing, networking at events exhibitions. Make pitches to customers and generate enquiries. Be driven by order booking targets and meet the same on yearly basis.

Achieve the Buildings Rating: Your ultimate goal is to help the client achieve a specific green building rating for their project (such as LEED certification). This involves ensuring that all necessary conditions are met, from design through construction.
