As a Green Building Facilitator at KDS in Mumbai, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive Green Building Pre-Assessment, preparing checklists, delivering Feasibility Reports, and providing design advisement. Your role will involve overseeing the review and coordination of documentation necessary for Green Building Certification to ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be expected to generate detailed reports documenting the findings of green building Certification. You will also demonstrate proficiency in conducting Third Party Assessments & Reviews, as well as facilitating and participating in training sessions for technical staff, both internally and externally. This will involve fostering continuous learning and the incorporation of innovative technologies for enhanced product delivery. Ideal candidates for this position should hold an M.Arch. degree with proficiency in Green Building. Moreover, you should have knowledge of green building rating systems such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL GEM, EDGE, etc., along with experience in Feasibility Study, Pre-Certification, and Final Certification. Proficiency in Building Simulation software such as eQuest, IESVE, Rhino, Ecotect, etc., will be beneficial for this role.
