• Conduct Green Building Pre-Assessments, feasibility studies, and prepare design advisories and compliance checklists. • Lead the coordination and submission of documentation for green building certifications such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL, EDGE, and others. • Oversee internal and third-party reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with rating system requirements. • Prepare and review detailed assessment and certification reports, highlighting opportunities, gaps, and project performance. • Facilitate and participate in training sessions for internal teams and project stakeholders to promote continuous learning and implementation of best practices. Qualifications • Postgraduate degree in Architecture (M.Arch.), Engineering (M.Tech.), or a related discipline with a focus on sustainability. • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in green building certification processes and sustainability consulting. Core Competencies • In-depth knowledge of green building rating systems such as: o LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL, EDGE, GEM, etc. • Experience in Pre-Certification and Final Certification documentation and coordination. • Proficiency in simulation tools such as: o IES VE, eQuest, DesignBuilder, Ecotect, Rhino (Grasshopper), or equivalent. • Strong ability to read, review, and interpret technical reports and architectural drawings. • Clear communication and documentation skills for liaising with clients, certification bodies, and design teams. • Certifications are a plus: o BEE Certified Energy Manager/Auditor o LEED AP / IGBC AP / GRIHA CP
