Opening for Process Flow Diagram Job Profile - Bangalore Location Years of Experience - Minimum 1+ Years of Experience. Work Model - Work from Office. Job Description - Summary of requirement: Recreate process flows diagrams in editable form & update them as per inputs received from owning functions/departments Update the contents of documents as per inputs received from owning functions/departments Link the recreated process flows and updated documents Initiate approval flow Scope of work: Approx. 863 processes need to be recreated & updated. Approx. 1857 documents need to be updated. Job Description : Recreate the process flow diagrams in editable form using MS PowerPoint Update the recreated processes as per the instructions received from the owning function/department Update the contents of documents as per the instructions received from the owning function/department using MS Word Interact/communicate with the owning department/function for any clarification on the inputs received from them Link the processes flows and the associated document files Store all these process flow MS PowerPoint and document MS Word files in SharePoint Initiate approval flow for these processes Experience for process flow creation Creating process flow using BPMN method Proficient in MS office tools/applications Understanding of process flows and their usage Experience for document creation Creating documents with logical sequencing of text, images/graphics Framing grammatically correct text content Creating/editing graphics within MS Word or editing graphics in other tools and importing into MS Word Other common job-related traits Good interpersonal skills and team player Stick to target and deadline requirements Quickly adapting to task requirements and look opportunities for efficiency gains in the assigned tasks Progress tracking and reporting Identify any roadblocks for tasks execution plan and arrive at possible mitigatio
